You will be welcomed by a member of our group visits service, who will give a short 10-minute introduction about the Frank family and the period in hiding at the start of your visit to the museum. Such a short introduction giving not only historical information but informing visitors about what they can expect to see in the museum enhances the visit.
As well as this making a timed reservation offers another advantage: you don’t have to wait with your group, and at your selected time you can enter immediately through a special entrance, to the left of the main entrance. In this way you avoid any queues.

Payment
You pay the reservation charge online using MasterCard or Visa, and pay for your entrance tickets at the museum entrance desk.
