Visiting the museum
Do you want to visit the Anne Frank House in connection with making an article or report about Anne Frank? Please let us know you will be visiting the museum by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two days before your visit, stating your name, the media outlet for which you are working, the reason for your visit, the date of your visit and the publication date. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we can agree to your request.
We do not work with press cards.
It is not allowed to take photos in the Anne Frank House. Members of the press can make use of a variety of photos of the Anne Frank House. You can find an overview of available photos on our Flickr page.
High resolution professional film footage of the Anne Frank House is available in a variety of formats. The press reel can be requested by e-mail to email@example.com. The usage fee is €50.
In exceptional circumstances we permit filming in the Anne Frank House. If the press reel does not meet your needs, you can submit a filming request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the title and description of the programme, the approach to be taken to filming in the Anne Frank House, the TV channel and transmission date and the desired filming date. We will let you know as soon as possible whether we can agree to your request.
Filming in the Anne Frank House can only take place on weekdays before opening time. The location fee is €100 per hour.
